Sorry so late this week. We had to spend time with the family. What's more important than family? Nothing that I can think of. We had a great time and ate well (my mother in law can COOK). OK, enough about that let's get this week planned out:

Taco Shells

Noodles (pick one)
Bag of Salad
Monday
Turkey Tacos - cook with taco seasoning, garlic, and table blend; make a taco with lettuce, tomato, cheese, sour cream
Tortilla Chips
Tuesday
Ribs - cook in boiling water until tender with fresh garlic, montreal steak seasoning, season salt, brown sugar, table blend; remove from water, lightly season again and cook on grill
Corn - shuck the corn on the cob, wrap in foil, melt some butter with olive oil and season salt, cover cob and close foil, put on grill
Baked potato
Wednesday
Simple Shrimp Scampi - season shrimp with old bay, saute shrimp in olive oil, white wine, butter, and garlic
Noodles - just cook and serve with shrimp
Salad
Thursday

Broccoli - just steam
Friday
Eat left-overs. You'll have some.
