Sorry.....

This weekend I took a Real Estate CRAM course.  You ever think you know something but then you go to a class and realize you really didn't know anything?  Yeah, that happened to me this weekend. It took a lot more time then I thought it would.  So this week's blog is late.  Sorry about that.  I'll try my best to never let it happen again.  Anyway, here's the menu for this week:

Monday

Pizza- cook your meat ingredients separately (sausage, bacon, ground beef, etc), follow the directions on the pizza dough for the crust and just layer the ingredients however you feel.  For another option, throw it on the grill, my brother and sister in law do, and it's really good.
Here is a recipe for homemade pizza sauce if you don't want it out of the jar:

Tuesday

Fried Catfish- fry the fish
Hush puppies - I don't know who Vicki is but apparently she has really good hush puppies.  http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Vickis-Hush-Puppies/Detail.aspxCole Slaw
Cheese grits - this is what I like, you can always make cole slaw though.

Wednesday

Steak (your choice)
Baked Potato
Broccoli -  steam it, it's good for you. I sprinkle Parmesan cheese on mine.

Thursday

Pancakes - this week we can just use the ones out of the box (we'll do homemade ones in the future)
Grits
Eggs
Sausage

Friday
Chicken Marsala Florentine - never had this before but it looks wonderful.  if you try it out let me know what you think.  http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Chicken-Marsala-Florentine/Detail.aspx
Rice - I like jasmine or basmati.  Its much better then the regular white rice.
Salad (your choice)
